If you're a beginner and your channel is still small you usually don't want to use a title that targets an extremely large audience. There are already millions of creators and millions of videos using those broad titles. And if you use the exact same kind of title you're basically throwing yourself into a huge ocean full of fish. So instead of jumping in this huge ocean full of fish you want to create a much more specific title. Think of it like having your own small lake with fewer fish.
