Questions people ask

How do I turn a sermon into short clips?

Upload the service or sermon recording, up to 2 GB in MP4, MOV or WebM, then choose how many clips you want and a target length between 15 and 90 seconds. The AI transcribes the message and keeps passages that carry one complete thought; the 9:16 crop follows the face on screen with automatic zooms, and every word is captioned. Each clip downloads as a 1080 x 1920 MP4; a 44-minute sermon costs 44 credits, and the 30 free credits at sign-up cover a first recording of up to 30 minutes.

Our recording includes music and announcements. Will clips be cut from those?

The AI favours spoken passages with complete sentences, which is where the message is. Music segments are rarely selected; if one is, remove it in the studio and render again.

Can the clip be longer than 60 seconds?

Yes. The target duration goes up to 90 seconds, and a clip can run up to 25% longer than the target to finish a sentence.

Do we need a video team?

No. Anyone with the recording and a free account drops it in the browser, chooses the number of clips and downloads the MP4s. Generation and rendering run on our servers on every plan, so the tab can close once the upload finishes.

Will our services appear in the public gallery?

Exported shorts join the community by default. Any paid plan includes the option to keep all your videos out of it, applied to past and future exports.

Can we clip our Advent and Christmas services?

Yes, one service at a time. In the Western church calendar Advent 2026 begins on Sunday 29 November and Christmas Day falls on a Friday, so upload each recording after the service, ask for 5 clips of about a minute and schedule them on your YouTube channel for the days of the following week from the Publish page, TikTok publishing being in early access, or download the MP4s for the other platforms. Four Advent Sundays and a Christmas service of about 44 minutes each come to some 220 credits, inside the 480 a month of Starter at 12 EUR before VAT, which allows 5 clips per video. The free tier gives 3 clips per video with a watermark on each export. Your upload stays private until you export; exported shorts join the community with their source video by default, and any paid plan can keep them out.
