Yes, if each one fits Spotify's rules for podcast Clips: in Spotify for Creators an episode takes one Clip, between 15 and 90 seconds long, as an MP4 or MOV file of 1 GB at most with audio, and Spotify recommends vertical video. Pick a target between 20 and 70 seconds: a short lands within 25% of its target, so between 15 and 87.5 seconds, and if you widen a clip's bounds in the studio, check that it still stays under 90. shortshort does not upload to Spotify: download the MP4, which stays far below 1 GB, and add it to the episode yourself. Yes, once you export: on every plan, an exported short gets a public community page by default, with the source episode and the transcript of each clip. Any account can withdraw a published short at any time, and every paid plan adds an account setting that keeps all your videos out of the community.
