The transcript is scanned for passages that close a thought: the question you asked, the reframe you offered, the exercise explained from start to finish. Ask for 55 seconds and a clip may run to 68 to reach the end of the sentence, because a coaching idea cut in half is worse than no clip at all.
In speaker view the recording already shows the person talking, and the 9:16 crop follows that face with a clean cut each time the view changes. A grid of participants counts as a wide shot and is kept whole, and so is a slide you shared, so nobody is cropped out of their own session.
Your upload and your drafts stay private until you export; what reaches the community gallery by default is the exported short, and it takes its source video along. Every paid plan, from €12 a month, carries the switch that holds all of it back, on what you have already exported as much as on everything after, and any account can withdraw a single short at any time.
