The frame follows the face on screen

Face tracking places the 9:16 crop on the face on screen and cuts cleanly when the shot goes from interviewer to guest. If a cut lands a second early, move the start or end of the clip in the studio.

The face is tracked; the 9:16 window moves with it, with automatic zooms between x1.0 and x1.6.

A wide two-host shot is detected and kept whole in the 9:16 short, with bands above and below, instead of being cropped to one face.

Impact captions bold one word per line. On a quote, that word is the name, the number or the verdict.

Questions people ask

How do I turn an interview into short clips?

Upload the interview recording, up to 2 GB in MP4, MOV or WebM, then choose how many clips you want and a target length between 15 and 90 seconds. The AI transcribes it and keeps complete answers, chosen to open and close on a sentence; if the question sits just before a clip, move its start back in the studio; the 9:16 crop follows the face on screen with automatic zooms, and every word is captioned on the audio. You download 1080 x 1920 MP4 files at one credit per minute of recording, and a new account starts with 30 free credits.

Does it handle two people in one frame?

Yes. The crop is placed on the face in front of the camera and moves with a clean cut when the shot goes to the other person. Wide two-shots are kept full-frame when cropping would cut someone out.

Can I fix a clip that starts a word too late?

Yes. In the studio each passage has an in and an out point you can change, and the captions follow. Render again and the clip is replaced.

Is the transcript editable?

Yes, in the captions of each short. Captions come from the timed transcript, and in the studio you can correct, emphasize or remove any caption word, adjust the passages and render again; an SRT timed to the source can also be imported for a corrected transcript.

Which languages are supported?

Captions are in the language spoken in the video, never translated: each short's words are transcribed by OpenAI's whisper-1, which OpenAI says supports 98 languages, with accuracy that varies by language, so check the words before rendering. The interface is in English.
