Split it in your editor or with any trimming tool and upload the parts separately. Each part is its own generation with its own clips.
Will it pick the funny moments?
It picks moments where what was said stands on its own: a reaction explained, a story, a strong take. Purely visual moments with no speech are not selected, because the clip needs words to caption and to make sense in a feed.
Does gameplay get cropped to 9:16?
Wide gameplay is detected as a full-frame scene and kept whole, with space above and below. The crop is used when the facecam or the streamer is the subject.
How long does a 3-hour VOD take to process?
Longer than a short video: the transcript and the tracking cover the whole recording. On paid plans it runs in the background so you do not have to keep the tab open.
