Aujourd'hui l'énergie la moins carbonée de toutes la plus pilotable la plus abondante et la meilleure marché enfin il y en a deux en fait c'est le nucléaire et l'hydroélectrique. C'est le barrage. Donc il est évident et ça fait des années que je le dis et je le disais à une époque où c'était moins facile qu'il faut mettre le paquet en l'état actuel de la science sur le nucléaire et l'hydroélectrique. C'est une évidence. Ensuite il faut laisser les projets locaux se faire avec les énergies renouvelables. Moi je développe le solaire chez moi. Il va falloir utiliser la force des océans. Il y a tous les réseaux de chaleur. Je présume l'agglomération très pragmatique. On fait du solaire mais on va aussi couvrir en réseau de chaleur toute l'agglomération.
