Et si j'avais été en responsabilité à ce moment là j'aurais demandé le déploiement de casques bleus sur la frontière et le renforcement de cette défense justement de l'Ukraine avant que les Russes n'attaquent On a été prévenus avant et rien n'a été fait. Ensuite plus une guerre dure plus elle est difficile à arrêter Et ce que je regrette aussi profondément c'est qu'il n'y ait pas eu le même effort qui est incontestable et qu'il faut continuer parce que l'Ukraine est le pays qui est agressé qui est attaqué. Mais le même effort la même énergie qui doit être mise pour la négociation pour la discussion pour la médiation elle n'existe pas.
