- 03Verify which segments were kept full-frame and which follow the presenter
- 04Export each clip as a 1080 x 1920 MP4 for the social team

Questions people ask
Are slides readable in the vertical clip?
Yes. When the recording shows a slide or a shared screen, shortshort keeps the whole image in the vertical frame rather than cropping a 9:16 strip out of it. The presenter's camera segments are cropped and tracked.
Can the clip include the question and the answer?
The AI aims to cut where a sentence begins and where one ends, so the answer usually comes out whole, but it does not pair a question with its answer on purpose. If the question is missing from a clip, move the start point back in the studio; if it was inaudible, let the answer stand on its own.
Our webinars are 90 minutes. What do they cost?
90 credits each, at shortshort's rate of 1 credit per minute of recording, whatever the number of clips. Starter's 480 monthly credits cover five such webinars and part of a sixth; Creator's 1,600 cover seventeen; the Studio plan's 6,000 cover sixty-six.
Can the recording be processed while I am in the next meeting?
Yes. With an account, generation and rendering run on our servers on every plan: once the upload finishes you can close the tab, and the clips are ready when you come back. Each short is an MP4 you can upload to LinkedIn as a native video, in 9:16 at 1080 x 1920 or 4:5 at 1080 x 1350, and the 9:16 file also goes to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Reels.
Can we keep customer questions out of the public gallery?
Yes. Exported shorts go to the community by default; every paid plan adds an account setting that keeps them all out of it, and any account can withdraw a single clip, which leaves the gallery immediately.
Can I post these clips on LinkedIn?
Yes. Download the MP4 and upload it from your LinkedIn profile or company page; shortshort does not post to LinkedIn for you.
Is a webinar clip maker a separate product?
