On n'est pas la cible du service client téléphonique aujourd'hui La cible du service client téléphonique c'est des gens qui ont besoin de parler à quelqu un c'est des gens qui ont besoin de patience c'est des gens qui ont besoin qu'on prenne le temps Et c'est aujourd'hui je le crois que répondent plus les agents humains au téléphone.
