Donc nous arrivons au pouvoir qu'il y ait un certain nombre de grands dirigeants d'administration qui puissent être changés. C'est tout à fait légitime c'est le fonctionnement normal de la démocratie. Mais pour les centaines de milliers d'autres fonctionnaires moi j'ai confiance en eux. Je sais qu'ils ont le sens de l'Etat. D'ailleurs je sais qu'ils ont souffert sous Emmanuel Macron parce qu'ils ont été méprisés. Je pense par exemple au corps diplomatique.
