Dedans il y a des agents qui reviennent sur le terrain. Si vous voulez plus de policiers plus surtout d'ailleurs les policiers en fait on en a assez ce qu'il faut c'est qu'il y ait moins de tâches administratives. En net vous avez combien de situations de poste ? Si vous voulez plus d'infirmiers mieux payés si vous voulez qu'il y ait des profs devant chaque classe etc il faut mieux manager. Première décision une des premières décisions sera de nommer un DRH de l'état. Il y a des directions des ressources humaines qui coûtent horriblement cher jusqu'à 7% par direction mais il n'y a pas une personne responsable de l'organisation des ressources humaines dans l'état. Donc là dedans c'est de dire on remet entre 200 et 300 mille fonctionnaires sur le terrain en plus notamment dans les tribunaux on manque cruellement de fonctionnaires de greffiers de gardiens de prison etc. Donc je vous ai bien lu en fait vous êtes à 700 mille que vous déployez et 400 mille que vous déployez Et un peu plus 400 mille suppressions.
