C'est évident que dire que l'individualisation de la peine qui est un principe essentiel en France doit passer par le fait que le responsable de la casse soit l'individu lui-même soit ses parents signés est responsable ce n'est pas à moi de payer pour les gamins des autres. J'assume les miens c'est déjà du travail ils sont formidables. Donc soit je suis solvable et je paye soit je ne suis pas solvable et donc on déduit de ce que je reçois de la société le montant de ce qui doit être payé. C'est je le dis depuis des années je ne vois pas en quoi ça peut être contraire à un principe constitutionnel de l'État de droit ça s'appelle du bon sens.
